At least 10 people have been killed and several injured after a fire broke out at a casino and hotel in Poppet, Cambodia, according to local media reports.
The fire at the Grand Diamond City Casino started around midnight on Wednesday, according to the General Commissionerate of the National Police.
Firefighters and other emergency workers were trying to put out the blaze Thursday morning, the report said, adding that firefighters had come as far as Thailand.
The website Cambodianess, which belongs to the Thmey Thmey media group, quoted Banteay Meanchey provincial police commissioner Major General Sethi Loh as saying 30 people were injured.
Footage on social media shows guests hanging out of windows or trapped inside the building.
Poppet is a city in Bante Manche province in western Cambodia, on the border with Thailand.
